Scope of Services

BookHubPr provides professional bookkeeping sessions, digital guides and templates, and branded goods for office use. Each category is subject to specific provisions outlined below.

Payment Terms

All charges for sessions, guides, templates, and goods are due in advance. Payment is accepted via approved channels. Failure to complete payment will result in suspension of access to sessions or delayed shipment of goods.

Reimbursement Policy

Professional Bookkeeping Sessions

For scheduled sessions, reimbursement requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the appointment. Approved reimbursements will be processed within ten business days using the original payment channel. Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for reimbursement due to allocation of personnel and preparation time.

Digital Products

Our digital guides and templates are delivered instantly. You may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded. Once delivery begins, we cannot retract access, and no reimbursement will be granted for used materials. Approved reimbursements will be processed within seven business days via the original payment channel.

Physical Goods

Branded office kits and other physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if they remain in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be sent back to our address at 301 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement item or store credit will be issued within fifteen business days.

BookHubPr reserves the right to update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitute acceptance.
